Ha!... ini barulah betul antara kek-kek lapis yang dikeluarkan masa raya yang lepas. Alhamdulillah, walaupun semua order dibuat semasa Ramadhan, sempat gak disiapkan...dan yang lebih memuaskan hati, tahun ini dapatlah seluruh family merasa bahagian masing-masing, tak perlulah lagi nak order kek lapis seperti sebelumnya...
Bersyukur sangat-sangat atas segala rezeki dariNya...

Cikgu Adibah request Butter Cake (deco with fondant) for makan-makan. Besides, she also ordered 80 pcs. mix Choc. & vanilla Cup Cakes for her daughter. Senang berurusan dengan Cikgu Adibah ni, anyhow thanks a lot.

2 sets Fondant Cup Cakes ini ditempah oleh my ex-subordinate untuk hantaran perkahwinan adiknya di Kota Tinggi. Pada mulanya hanya menempah set pink, tapi last minute request untuk warna hijau pulak. Harap puas hati dengan deco akak.... & thanks for the order.

Hari Raya Preparation

Sempena Hari Raya yg agak tak lama lagi, persiapan cum jualan untuk Kek Lapis memang benar2 memenatkan... tapi alhamdulillah kata orang rezeki masing-masing tiada siapa yang tahu dan pastinya segala pembelajaran/resepi yang diperolehi sebelum ini especially dari my sifu Azie tak akan disia-siakan (Tak de satu pun resepinya yang tak dicuba...rugi tau!...)
